Return Policy

At WPCO®, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a transparent and fair return policy. Please take note of the following guidelines when considering a return:

Ownership Transfer:
WPCO® assumes ownership of return items only upon their arrival at our fulfillment center.

Return Request Assessment:
When submitting a return request, it is essential to specify the reason for the return. WPCO® retains the right to assess the validity of the provided reason.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following conditions render products ineligible for return:
    a. Return requests submitted beyond the designated time frame of 7 days from the date of delivery.
    b. Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in the same condition as when originally received.
    c. Defective products covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
    d. Consumable items that have been used or installed.
    e. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
    f. Any components missing from the received package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, and accessories.
    g. Items that were ordered from the manufacturer based on the customer's request, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds Without Return:
In certain cases, WPCO® may exercise its discretion to issue a refund without requiring the return of the item. In such situations, WPCO® does not assume ownership of the refunded item.

Product Descriptions:
WPCO® makes every effort to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or error-free nature of product descriptions or other content on any WPCO® Service. If a product offered by WPCO® itself does not match its description, your sole recourse is to return it in an unused condition.

12-Months Warranty 
We would like to confirm that Wave Peak Trading Company (WPCO) – Saudi Arabia provides a 12-month warranty starting from the delivery date.

Warranty Details
This Warranty applies to all material purchased from WPCO. This warranty covers any defects in material under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
•    Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
•    Damage resulting from improper maintenance.
•    Damage resulting from natural disasters.
•    Theft of a product.
•    Loss of a product.

Repair or Replacement of Defective Items
During the warranty period, WPCO will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material under normal use and maintenance, if the product is still under warranty.

Replacement Process
Replacement of defective items goes through the following process.
•    A copy of the Delivery Note or Proforma and the Invoice should be provided with the defective items.
•    A technical report should be provided to explain the problem.
•    The replacement process takes (1- 4) weeks (subject to material availability in WPCO's warehouses) starting from the date of our acknowledgement.
